The government has banned all public events over 500 people until end of July 2020. John Smith Rock Festival 2020 is cancelled due to the spread of the coronavirus. The festival will be held next time on 15-17, July, 2021.
All tickets and camping spaces purchased for the JSRF 2020 are valid for the JSRF 2021 as they are, so no action needed with them.
If you wish, you can return the tickets and get a refund (Note. the service fee is non-refundable ). In this case, contact directly to the ticket sales customer service, instructions below.

Johnsmith.fi webshop: Send a message to [email protected] with your order number and the email address which has been used when ordered.
Lippu.fi: If you want to receive a voucher for lippu.fi events, send an email to [email protected] with your contact information, the ticket numbers or the order number. If you want to get a refund, fill up the form at web.lippu.fi/palautus.
Festicket: The customer service will contact you about the ticket postponing/return, so be patient.

The refunds are possible until the 30th of June 2020. It may take weeks to receive your refund, so be patient.
Accommodation at Peurunka: Send an email to [email protected] and inform your order number and would you like to postpone the accommodation for the next year’s event or cancel the reservation. If you have booked accommodation elsewhere, please contact the hotel directly.
