At JSRF webshop we sell John Smith Rock Festival tickets, camping tickets and sometimes JSRF merchandise. The merchandise is not available all year round.

The festival bus tickets are sold also in the JSRF webshop, but they have their own site HERE.

Liveto is responsible for the implementation of JSRF webshop.

ADDING TO CART

You can add the items in the cart by clicking the orange “BUY” / “OSTA” -button on the right side of the page or clicking the  ”Add to cart” -button below the item. You can move forward in the purchase transaction by clicking the green “Next” button.

PAYING THE PURCHASE

The items are paid straight on the purchase process.

Accepted payment methods in JSRF webshop are online payment and some cultural benefits (read more below).

AFTER PAYING

After the payment, the tickets are sent to you via email as a PDF-file. The tickets in the PDF-file can be separated if necessary (when buying multiple tickets at once).

You can show the tickets straight from your smartphone, or you can print them out. The tickets are not personal so the name on the ticket doesn’t matter. Be prepared to show ID when arriving, because the festivals age limit is 18. 

Nb! A limited number of all ticket types are available.
All ticket purchases are final, only if the event is canceled, there is a right to return the ticket.

ACCEPTED CULTURAL BENEFITS

You can buy festival tickets (not merchandise, bus or camping tickets) with Smartum Pay and ePassi cultural benefit at the JSRF webshop.

For now, Edenred cultural benefit won’t work for paying at JSRF webshop. We are trying to make it happen with Liveto, but we do not have a schedule for that. 

For now Edenred cultural benefit is only accepted for JSRF tickets at Laukaan Satama. Laukaan Satama is open only on summer season. See more below. 

PAYING WITH CULTURAL BENEFIT

After filling out your information, choose which payment method you would like to use.

Other payment methods cannot be used at the same time, so there has to be enough balance on the benefit card.
Make sure you don’t have any other items in the cart besides the festival ticket (camping, merch or festival bus tickets) when paying with cultural benefit. 

LAUKAAN SATAMA

During summertime, the festival tickets are also available at Laukaan Satama ( laukaa harbor cafe ) .
There you can pay the tickets with Smartum Pay and Edenred cultural benefit. At Laukaan Satama, you can pay part of your ticket with cultural benefit and the rest with cash or card. 

CULTURAL BENEFITS AT THE FESTIVAL

It’s not possible to buy tickets with cultural benefits at the festival entry gate.

A personal assistant can come to the festival with the assisted person without a separate ticket. To get in with the same ticket, both the assistant and the assisted person must be at the wristband changing at the same time.

Would you like to change you Thursday ticket to Friday? Or upgrade your 1-day ticket to 2-days? Would you like to upgrade your basic ticket to VIP? 

All this is possible by following the instructions below.

Exchanging and upgrading are possible if the ticket type is still available (not sold out).

Follow the instructions based on where you’ve bought your current ticket, instructions are as follows:

FROM JSRF WEBSHOP:

If you have bought the ticket with cultural benefit:
send an email with your order number, the email address which has been used when ordered, and tell how would you like to exchange your ticket to customer service: asiakaspalvelu(at)liveto.io

If you have bought the ticket with online payment:
Buy a new ticket, which one you would like to get from the JSRF webshop. After that, contact Liveto’s customer service ( asiakaspalvelu(at)live.io ) with your old order number (the ticket which you want to return), and email address (that has been used when ordered the old ticket).

Exchanging and upgrading tickets are free of charge and you will receive a refund for the old ticket (excluding the service fee).

Be prepared to present an identity card when changing your ticket – the festival’s age limit is 18. The name on the ticket doesn’t matter, tickets are not personal.

It is possible to change a ticket to a wristband in advance at our changing points before the festival. The points will be announced HERE closer to the event. A person who wants to change their ticket to a wristband must be present at the changing point – the wristband is placed on the wrist by our staff. The wristband is personal, and it can’t be changed to another person during the festival. 

Nb! VIP-passes and VIP-wristbands are only available at the festival gates. 

When arriving at the festival gates, there are different kinds of lines. To speed up entry, please choose the correct line for you. For example, if you have already changed your ticket to a wristband, you can walk through the entrance straight to the cloakroom by a line called ”Rannekkeella”.

If the wristband is too tight – do not cut or remove it by yourself! Please ask for help from our staff at the festival gate or info.

All JSRF tickets can be sold/passed on. We don’t have an official channel for this, but we recommend, for example, the festival’s own Facebook event.

The name on the ticket does not matter, the tickets are not personal.

Please be prepared to present a photo ID when exchanging the wristband – the event is K18.
