Exchanging and upgrading tickets
If you have bought a one-day or a two-day ticket, and you would like to exchange it for a different time (e.g. Thursday ticket to Friday ticket) or you would like to upgrade tickets e.g. a one day-ticket for a three-day ticket, you can do it by following the instructions below. Exchanging and upgrading are possible if the ticket type is still available (not sold out). The instructions are depending on where did you buy your ticket:
If you have bought the ticket with Smartum: send an email with your order number, the email address which has been used when ordered, and how would you like to exchange your ticket to customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have bought the ticket with online payment: Buy a new ticket, which would you like to get at johnsmith.fi webshop. After that, contact Liveto’s customer service with your old order number (the ticket which you would like to return), and email address, which has been used when ordered the old ticket.
Exchanging and upgrading tickets are free of charge and you will receive a refund for the old ticket (excluding the service fee).
Send an email to email@example.com with your contact information, the ticket number or the order number, and how would you like to exchange your ticket. Exchanging and upgrading tickets are free of charge until the 30th of June, after which there will be a cost of 15€/order. In addition, when exchanging or upgrading a ticket you need to pay the difference between your old ticket and a new ticket (if the price is different).
Festicket: Contact customer service using the form at www.support.festicket.com. Exchanging and upgrading are free of charge.
